Welcome to the Research Finance section of the Office of Research.

Research Finance is the main point of post award contact with sponsor agencies.  We provide financial advice, support and assistance to researchers in the management of their research funds.

This includes

• administering and accounting for the research funds received by the University,
• ensuring that grant funds are spent as intended and adhere to spending eligibility guidelines,
• requesting invoices for research funds in accordance with sponsor terms and conditions,
• setting up budgets for research projects
• preparing and submitting financial reports to sponsors,
• coordinating research related audits,
